Administrative Assistant
Universal Support, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the manager.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Maintain office supplies and ensure efficient office operations.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
Provide support for various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience in Indian Corporate or business is acceptable. Will try to get legal status.
