JD:
* 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years as a Tech Lead
· Strong hands-on experience with application development, system integration, and cloud migration (AWS preferred)
· Expertise in Java, ReactJS/React Native, and database technologies (Aurora, NoSQL, or similar)
· Proven ability to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
· Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Supply Chain applications (preferred)
· Background in modernization efforts such as cloud-native transformation, UX revamps, or monolith decoupling (preferred)
· Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices (preferred)
